Shipwrecks

Shipwrecks

Listening to parents or grandparents tell stories of shipwrecks off the North and South shores of Eastern Kings, are common to growing up here.  The history that these great ships carry with them, in many cases is the history of many families in the area. These stories are recollections of a time where sea transport was common and a large economic contribution was felt.

Although the result of these ships were not happy endings they hold a significant grasp on the history of Eastern Kings.
