- This is a picture of Amos Gallant's house where he grew up. This picture was taken at Todd Creek near Barachois before the house was moved by ice next to Amos' store in Rustico. Then it was moved a second time in 1995 by Keith Gallant, Amos' son, to its current location across the road from Amos' store, which Keith now runs.

- George and Angie Pineau were twins. Their father was the light house keeper in North Rustico at one time, and George took over this job from his father. George and Angie both lived to be over 100 years old.
