This home located on 8 Church Avenue was built in 1894 by Bernard Creamer. Eustace Shaw was the original owner and operated a jewellry store until he left Souris in 1909. For many years Dr. Gus MacDonals make it his home and office. In 1947 Frank Keays bought the home and moved it across the street to make room for the new service station. In 1972 Jimmy Hughes moved in and ran a Tourist home.
This is an Italianate style house built in a triangular lot.
